When we went to Singapore the second time, we made sure we would avail of attractions that are fun, interesting, and most importantly, family-friendly. Attractions in Sentosa can be pretty pricey especially when you do multiple activities in a day. But you can book tickets online that offer cheaper packages. So we purchased a Sentosa Fun Pass (Play 3) where we can choose 3 activities from a list of 20 attractions, valid for one day. It is much cheaper than purchasing attractions separately.
We decided to go for these activities:
1. Trick-eye Museum (1 credit)
2. S.E.A. Aquarium & Royal Albatross Tour (2 credits)
Honestly, if I had it my way, I would ditch the Royal Albatross Tour. It's only a 15-minute tour on a classic sailboat. There's nothing much to see in there. But since it is in combo with the S.E.A. Aquarium, we had no choice.
Anyway, let's get to the fun part.
Knowing that it's just a place for taking photos, I wasn't really expecting that much. But surprisingly, we had so much fun!
We went there a little over an hour before the closing time. It was perfect because there were only 2 groups during that time. We were able to take photos without reluctance. We were not conscious about our awkward poses. And we were able to take our time.

If you're planning to go to Singapore's Trick Eye Museum, here are some tips that you could bring along to make the best out of it:
1. Plan your trips on a weekday
Crowds cause delay and time constraints. Fewer people means more time to enjoy the attraction. Try going there during off peak hours.
2. Don't wait at one station
When the queue is long, move ahead to a less crowded station. After all, the museum runs in a loop. You can just go back to the stations you missed.
3. Go with friends
Your selfie sticks won't work here.
4. Take your time and get the right angle
Rushing could ruin a beautiful photo. There are signs and instructions at each station that show you how to capture and how to pose.
5. Work on those facial expressions
The sillier the better.
6. Don't mind what people will say
They really won't care about you or how you pose. Everybody's doing their thing anyway. So, pose away!
7. Mind your outfit
Skirts and dresses could restrict you from posing at some stations. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes.
8. Unload before entering
Remember, there are no toilets inside the museum.
9. Get your cameras ready
Back up with power banks and extra batteries if you must. Mind you, one station could take at least five shots.
10. Have fun!
Be silly, be shameless, be creative, and be imaginative! Enjoy because that's what you're here for. :)
It took us a little over an hour to try all the stations. Make sure you also download their app (you can avail of a free wifi there), which will allow you to take videos with VR effects to make your visit more awesome. Kids and kids at heart will truly enjoy this.
The Trick Eye Museum is located at Resorts World Sentosa. It is open daily from 10 am to 9pm. Last admission is at 8pm.

This would've been awesome if taken at the right angle. |

I can do splits, but never a front split. At least here, I did it. Haha. |
